Welcome to Zoro Foundation. By using this website and donating through it, you agree to these terms. We have tried to keep them plain and fair, the same way we try to work.
01 Who we are
Zoro Foundation is a community-driven foundation working to fight malnourishment and support rehabilitation, education and community empowerment across rural India. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean the Foundation.
02 Using this site
You may browse and share this site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use our name, logo, or content in a way that is misleading or implies endorsement without our written permission.
03 Donations
Donations are voluntary, unrestricted contributions to the Foundation as a whole, not to an individual child, village or project, and are used to further our charitable work.
The Foundation decides, at its sole discretion, how donations are allocated: which districts, villages and projects funds are deployed to, and what they are spent on, guided by need and readiness. Per-child amounts shown on this site (such as ₹208 a month on average, or ₹120 a month in Karasgaon) are cost equivalences that make giving concrete; they are not earmarks or designations.
Monthly giving is a recurring mandate that renews automatically each month until you stop it. You can cancel at any time by writing to zoro.foundation@tutamail.com or revoking the mandate in your UPI or banking app; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund past ones.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. By donating, you also agree to their applicable terms.
Donations are eligible for 80G tax benefits under Indian law. A receipt is issued for every contribution; 80G receipts require your correct PAN and the name in which the receipt should be made.
As a not-for-profit, donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, write to us promptly at zoro.foundation@tutamail.com and we will review it in good faith.
04 Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep information on this site accurate, including the cost and impact figures. These are good-faith approximates based on current conditions and may change. Nothing here is a binding guarantee of specific outcomes.
05 Intellectual property
The Zoro Foundation name, logo, text, and design are the property of the Foundation and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. The communities and stories we work with are always represented with dignity and consent.
06 Liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from its use. External links are provided for convenience and are not under our control.
