Expectation from Clients

ZUERA sought to establish a robust online presence that would mirror the brand’s innovative spirit and aesthetic sensibility. The primary expectation was to create a fully functional and visually appealing Shopify store tailored to their specific design requirements. 

This included the integration of various third-party apps, the seamless incorporation of an Indian payment gateway, and the setup of social media shop channels to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, the client anticipated comprehensive maintenance services and optimization of the website to ensure peak performance and user experience.


What was the Process?

The project began with a detailed analysis of ZUERA’s design requirements and objectives. We collaborated closely with the ZUERA team to understand their vision and preferences, which were documented and used as the basis for the Shopify store development

The custom frontend development was carried out based on the Figma designs provided by ZUERA. Our team meticulously translated these designs into a fully functional website, ensuring that the visual elements and user experience matched the brand’s aesthetic and functional requirements. This involved creating responsive design elements to ensure compatibility across various devices.

Next, we integrated a selection of third-party apps to enhance the store’s functionality. This included apps for SEO optimization, marketing automation, and customer service tools, among others. These integrations were carefully tested to ensure seamless performance and compatibility with the Shopify platform.

The Indian payment gateway integration was a crucial step, allowing ZUERA to offer a smooth and secure payment process for local customers. This integration involved configuring payment methods, setting up currency options, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The setup of Instagram and Facebook shop channels was executed to increase ZUERA’s social media presence and drive traffic to the Shopify store. This involved linking the store with social media profiles, configuring product listings, and optimizing the channels for visibility and engagement.

Post-launch, we provided comprehensive maintenance services, including regular updates, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. We also focused on optimizing the website’s speed by implementing caching strategies, optimizing images, and minimizing code to enhance the overall user experience.
